Digital goods cannot be returned due to the nature of key/license activation being non-reversible.
You may only return the product key/license if it does not work/activate the product you bought.
REFUNDS BY REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT (IF APPLICABLE)
To complete your refund, we require proof of purchase.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive a replacement.
REFUNDS BY GIFT CARD (IF APPLICABLE)
If we cannot provide a replacement for any reason, you will be applicable for a gift card.
The gift card value will be given as the order total fiat amount minus any blockchain transaction/miner fee.
REFUNDS BY CRYPTOCURRENCY (IF APPLICABLE)
If we cannot provide a replacement for any reason, you will be applicable for a refund.
A refund will be given in the same cryptocurrency that you paid with, or by alternative means if agreed between you and Gamesafe.
You will normally be refunded the exact cryptocurrency amount that was paid for your order minus any blockchain transaction/miner fee that we must pay to send it to you.
If Gamesafe is unable to return the full cryptocurrency amount because of circumstances related to extreme exchange rate differences or other unforeseen reasons, your refund in cryptocurrency may be calculated from the order total in fiat. If this is the case then you will be informed before the refund is processed and you may choose a replacement key or gift card as alternative means of refund.

To return your product, you should send your product key to: email@example.com
There is no shipping cost when returning by email and so there will be no deduction from your refund.
